Looks good! I think I see a trend, there.... . I like the magnets also; I can change the display out any time. I slip a little tag of paper behind any pristine blades so they don't get scratched. Good job!

This is a Camillus 152 pattern customized By Dale at ORVET'S Blades & Customs that I picked up in the AAPK stores. He did a fine job too!

First a Bark River Boone: The Bark River Boone is part of Bark River Knvies’ Traditional series of knives. This pattern is based on the American Classics that started in the very late 1800s and were the most common style of knife all the way into the 1970s.This Pattern is rooted in the Sheffield - Wade & Butcher knives that were made for sale for the American Market - and actually was the inspiration for the U.S.M.C. Utility/Fighting Knife of W.W.II.

Blade Thickness: .187 Inch
Blade Steel: A-2 @ 58-60 rc
Handle: Stacked Leather

The second is a Bark River Hudson Bay II: The Hudson Bay Camp Knife was the first knife in history to actually be called a ’Camp Knife’. The knife design dates back to the pre-Colonial days of the 1700s. The Hudson Bay Trading Company was the dominant import/export company of early North America. The Colonials, Frontiersmen and Trappers began to ask the Trading Company for a larger knife to be used in base camp for general camp use. They wanted a heavy knife that would slice and chop in the place of a cleaver or an ax.
This was the original pattern that was developed and sold for over a hundred years as the ’Original Camp Knife of North America’

Beautiful knives here everyone. I want one of everything!

I just wanted to show this Marbles Ideal I just picked up.
Other than a camp/scout type folder, this is my only other Marbles product.

It claims 1095 steel from Marbles original stock and made in the USA according to vendor.
I must say I'm much impressed with it. Feels great in hand. I believe the handle is Kraton rubber type.
I am eyeing the Woodsman and Plainsman for the future when I can afford them.

I wish I could find an affordable stacked leather original of these wonderful knives but imo this knive is pretty good for $39.32 delivered.
Does anybody have any experience with these newer, made in USA models?

I liked the Ideal so much I just had to have a Woodcraft.
To quote the Mrs, "This is getting out of hand"

I don't think she knows there is a Plainsman out there somewhere.
ps Blades are clean, photos not so good.

Better hurry and get one before they're all gone, Producer. Amazon only has five Plainsmans left in stock.

Out of the three I like the Woodcraft the best, I think.

All are incredible.
The Plainsman has the only imperfection out of the three. It has some glue like residue
on the blade right up against the Kraton rubber handle.
This made it easy to decide which will be my user!

I think I paid $39.95[each] and under for them delivered.

First Cold Steel for me.
I'm not a big fan of the brand, no reason, but this small [6"] interested me.
It's pretty nice. VG-1, made in Japan.

Here's one I picked up a couple weeks ago:unknown maker;blade likely made from a saw blade;contoured wood handle and custom wooden sheath.Sheath isn't the most practical in the world;would likely break if used hard but it is unique.Knife is scary sharp now.Price was right:$18.
