Bought this at the Pigeon Forge Knife Show, along with two more Bulldogs ...

Parker Custom Series Handmade By "DAM" ... Trailing Point 9.5" Hunting Knife With Wood Handles & Full Tang
It did not have the sheath, but the box came with it. The knife is not mint, but I was able to buy it a very good price.
Notice the liners between the handles and tang and the excellent craftsmanship. I am really becoming fond of Seki Made Knives.
Looks like another collection has started

Did some research on the knife, and the best info I found was here on AAPK from a Sold listing at Mark's SSK Store, with a drop point.

That’s a beauty Tony. I checked with my contacts in Japan in the knife industry about who DAM is and they don’t know. I think some day I will stumble across someone that happens to know but that day has still yet to happen. I think my original idea that either Masters Hattori or Fukuta made this. The one I had sure felt like an Hattori. His knives just have a certain feel to them and that one had it. I have other Hattori knives and they feel the same. Once you get a collection of these Seki made knives, you will start to figure some of this out. It’s taken me years and years of research and purchases to come up with the little I know.
Believe me Seki made knives do get in your blood. I have more Seki made knives than any other country in my collection and that is saying A LOT. Not sure how many hundred it actually is, but it’s a sizable number.

I had heard a few weeks ago when researching Seki Made, from a youtube video, don't remember who/where, the same as you said ... That it was either Hattori or Fukuta, and they also leaned more toward it being Hattori. I found out too there were many of this same style knife made by the maker for Parker with different blade types or overall length. I will definitely be looking for more Seki Made Knives. My current knife collecting in a nutshell is: "The rabbit hole tunnels are multiplying". But, it is all good!

Very nice Vit, I have that one also with gold lip pearl where the wooden handles are on yours. Such well made knives and very under appreciated.

Finally got a knife I’ve had my eye on for many years. Designed by Koji Hara and made by G Sakai. This same knife comes in gold lip pearl as well.
I love the way the blade contours follow the bamboo design of the handles. The pearl is beautiful on this and the inlay work between the nickel silver is so well done. VG-10 San Mai blade with mirror polish. The thumb stud has pearl on it as well. The blade deploys smoothly and locks up tight. Perfect centering.

That looks like a great knife to use. I like that button lock release. I saw that on a knife I had many years ago, can’t remember the brand, I’m thinking it was a Parker, CI or Valor, but not sure. It’s a smart idea. That would keep your fingers out of the path of the closing blade, unlike many liner locks.

I'm not certain I'm understanding how your button linerlock works, Dave, do you press in on the Fury shield and that disengages the liner from the bottom of the tang? I have a couple of knives that operate like that, one is a bullet that you press in, and one is the Rigid shield you press in. I like them a lot! To the best of my knowledge, your knife is the metal version of the "Desperado" dagger from Parker, and I like IT a lot!
No idea why you're getting multiple pics on the first one, perhaps report it to Bryan?

Yep, your right, by pressing the Fury badge it moves a liner that disengages the actual liner lock. The last picture shows it open and the others show the badge being pressed.

Good lead on the Parker, thanks. I will research that avenue.

Here are a couple more A.G. Russells. They all have a trick to unlocking the blade but I can't figure out the pearl knife. Sharp and Shiny, I am guessing you can help me out.

Sure can, slide the handles sideways. I think it’s the front handle that moves to unlock the blade. You will see two liners on the side with the slide.
It’s pretty easy once you understand it.
Both are nice knives. Congrats.

That black pearl is the knife I thought I'd seen in your store at one time, Mark, you had it listed along with the other model you showed us not too long ago, or at least I thought I saw it in your store. If I'm correct, you had it listed at the time you had a very small similar model that you stated, "I have to sell this one soon cuz my wife's eye's lit up when she saw it and it will be going in her purse if I don't!", if that helps to jog your memory.

It's either that, or, I'm having a serious "Senior's Moment"!

Pretty sure that I have sold one of those in the past and I know I have of other handle materials Mark. I remember having that knife my wife wanted, can’t think what it was now, but it was nice. Fortunately someone else wanted it for his daughter, so it got a good home.
These A.G. Russell Mediterranean Barlows are all nice, the black pearl is my favorite.

Well, it took me awhile, Dave, but here are the pictures of my button-lock knives as promised!

1.- Rigid/Press the shield.
2.- Hen & Rooster/Press the button-Looks like a normal auto, huh?
3.- Beretta/Press the gold 9mm cartridge.
4.- Mikov/Press directly onto the liner via the opening in the frame.
5.- United/Same as the Mikov.

These last 2 aren't actually BO/BC knives, but I wanted to show them anyway for their uniqueness factor!

Melitta Tak (Fukuta) Sway Back Florist/Gardner's Knife. I bought this same model from AG Russell back in the 1990s then gave it to a Japanese nurse who was especially helpful to me when I was hospitalized. I then spent the ensuing six years trying to find and acquire another one. Finally found this one on eBay last week and immediately bought it. It feels like reuniting with a long lost friend!

As you would expect, the fit and finish is exquisite. Ivory Micarta handle with red G-10 spacer and all steel construction.

Beautiful Q. That ivory Micarta is a favorite of mine. It always looks so warm and inviting. The red spacers really help to se it off.
