Thanks Floyd & WillyC.

I've always liked the GEC #61 pattern, and those two with the stamped bolsters are a mighty fine pair. ::nod::

Here's another Case Tony Bose Collaboration Wharncliffe Whittler. This one has Dark Molasses Jigged Bone handles and Damascus Steel blades.

Thanks Floyd & jerryd.

Call me the Grinch or Ebeneezer Scrooge because I selfishly spent all my Christmas money on myself this year; but, I feel like Lord Wharncliffe himself as I gaze upon my latest treasures.

Gee, Floyd, you sound just like the little devil sitting on my shoulder who keeps whispering the exact same thing into my ear. Truth be told I almost had a fifth one but the little angel sitting on my other shoulder intervened during the final seconds of the auction and saved me from bankruptcy (not to mention certain maritricide) had I won. Nevertheless, you may rest assured the next time I see another GEC Northfield #77 Wharncliffe Yankee Barlow with smooth golden bone handle, I shall hearken unto that little devil and put in an even more obscene, absurd and ridiculously high bid. ::facepalm::

I may have posted these two previously; but, since I had them out for cleaning & maintenance today I figured I'd snap a couple shots and show them again.

Although it's a bit small for my personal preference, I believe it was the Lone Wolf Paul Perfecto that originally converted me to Wharncliffe worship in the first place. (Custom elephant ivory handle by Ivoryman.)

I'm late to the wharncliffe party - glad I finally stumbled on this thread (my dad always said there is 5% that don't get the word & it is usually me). Some absolutely amazing wharnies here ... keep 'em coming boys

I don't think I've posted this one in this thread yet but I apologize if I already did.

I don't know what Ray Cover calls this pattern but I intend to ask him at the knife show next Saturday.
