I really like that one...that is slick!
I don't see a lot of factory oak handles, so I'm wondering if perhaps it's your own rehandle work?

I like the looks of the 6th one down from top (in between the sodbusters). By any chance is it a Grohmann DH Russell Canadian belt knife?

Thanks mate. No it is a factory production, they are actually made from old recycled oak from whiskey barrels. Super smooth and feel great in the hand. Have a kind of silky feel to them.

I forgot the knives from Fance. These get more use than any knife I own, the boss and I use them in the kitchen every day.
This one doesn't get much use. Son brought it back from France a few years ago. It's a # 10 somewhat to large for a paring knife, I like the #7 & 8's for that.

Here is some wood. Ebony. Norvell had some great knives made. Don't know how old it is but tight, smoothe, excellent snap, zero wobble, I could go on. Came clean too.

1902-1917? Older than I thought. Thanks for the info, that's even cooler if it's 107-122 years old. Wow, still pretty good shape for the age. Thanks again bud.
