Howdy folks,

Been my favorite EDC knife for a while now. 3 and 5/8ths inch old Schrade Walden #236. She holds a great edge, walks n talks and ya gotta love the shield too.

I don't do a lot of heavy cutting these days, mostly loose strings and opening the mail.
So i have been carrying this sleeveboard for about 4 months, nice and thin,razor sharp and 3 3/4 closed.

Yep Tim, I like that knife! She looks to be nice n thin and easy on the pocket. Like you....I`m not needing heavy duty cutting nowdays so a little smaller knife is my choice.....cept maybe when I`m setting on the porch whittlin.....thats where my Schrade comes in handy. Isnt that a Kissing Crane stamp on that knife?

Dang, I like this one even better. Both are very nice Tim. The old Cranes hold a nice edge too.

I'm about 3 hours west of you in Jacksonville.
I used to bass fish a lot. If you ever get over this way i will buy you lunch
and swap some stories. We have a great lake here by the way.

A Bob Lum design executed by Horu Setsuke. VG 10 with 32 layers of damascus. Unusually so, the marks of both gentlemen appear on the blade.

Man, I just love this knife. Fits my hand perfectly. I miss it when ever I use something else.

This Kershaw Tremor fits very nicely inside my Dan Post boots. I can't even tell it's there. It will do until something nicer comes along.
