All About Pocket Knives

Been on the road doing cooking/travelling last few days and carried my go to kitchen folder the full size stainless Case Soddie...this one can handle most any of the smaller kitchen tasks that come up throughout the day from small food prep tasks like cutting limes, lemons and fruit, small veggies etc to package opening, box opening sandwich cutting, sauce stirring, food trasferring (using it like a spatula), taste testing, steak flipping etc etc...then it can be sprayed off with the dish hose and be no worse for the wear. Holds an edge real nice too..

Glad to hvae the Micra in my pocket yesterday. Binding screw came loose while skiing. Right at the limit of it's ability. Still got it done.

I mixed it up today with a little old school and a little new.Buck 110 and Bear small congress.

Since the work week has begun MOST of the EDC is the same.

But my watch pocket carry is my cute and SHARP Boker Keycom (man they keep messin with Photopail!)

Going lighter today with this Uncle Henry medium stockman. OH

Nice flippers fellows, had to work the Bucks hard today cutting in transformers,easy on the hands..

Gotta love the 'Grip', Gino - its a great design and a modern classic.

… and speaking of classics, that pair of Bucks is as red white and blue as it gets, garddogg!

Sun came out for awhile today and since I wasn't on the lake,thought I would clean and sharpen my favorite EDC #73 after all the sharpening & polishing,she felt like I just had to get a few photos of her,""all cleaned- up"" !!!!!!!!! ___after all,she is the "'Target of My Eye"" ya' know ??? ___it was so tiring for the " Ol' Gal " doing the photo shoot, I had to get her a beer, on the way home,to make her feel better**** ______________________Monk

Switched out my watch pocket knife for the Imperial Shell knife TripleF sent me with the Buck I bought.
No pic as of yet...

As Easter approaches my work load increases...and so does my need for speed! As in the rapid fire speed safe Kershaw Whirlwind, riding in my rfp heading into the big work weekend...(Scored this one from Scott about 6 months ago, real solid performer )
