Thank you Smitty.

I'm amazed myself.
Now, if there is another fixed blade like this one,
but with a fish scaler on the blade spine......
It never ends.......

Here's a tandem hunting knife set with the original sheath, the large knife is 13 1/4" overall and the smaller knife is 8" overall.
The genuine stag handles are hand carved and the sheath is embossed with a deer head as well.
Quite a hefty set well made and sharp!

This evening, the zoo welcomes it's newest resident. It's an Imperial, 2 blade, "Deer Head" pocket knife. You don't see the "red" ones that often. It needed minimal cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

This afternoon, this pocket knife becomes the latest resident of the zoo. It's a KEEN KUTTER 834, 2 blade, "Deer Head" handle pocket knife. The handles ARE two toned. A BIG thank you goes out to Smitty, aka Papa Bones, for this most generous and completely unexpected gift. THANK YOU Smitty!

Glad it has a good home with The Zoo. I thought it was kind of neat the way they did the handles in different colors.

Very nice Skip. That one seems to be much darker than a lot you have posted. Nearly black. I like it, Gives it a more gnarly look. Looks really clean. Congrats!

This afternoon, this pocket knife becomes the most recent resident in the zoo. It's the zoo's second resident that was received from Bulgaria. It is a "ROSTFREI - INOXYDABLE - M.I.GERMANY" (made in), 1 blade, 4 tool, "Deer Head" pocket knife. It came with it's original packaging (opened). It's strange that there is NO description of the item anywhere on the packaging, besides the price tag. The pocket knife can be easily removed from and returned to it's packaging without damaging the packaging any further. It did not need any cleaning. I took some pictures and here they are.

Excellent find Skip. Very good looking knife. I guess they figure with a clear bubble, you can tell what it is and they don't need to add any text to the package.

Very nice. I wonder if the DM of the price stands for Deutsche Mark?
