Nice pics Scott and John, I especially like both of those fixed blade knives of yours.
I've been out in the woods a couple days this week, still trying to collect this years venison with no luck.

Getting a late start today but heading out to try again in a few minutes.

Thanks for the kind words Scott, it's appreciated. The fixed blade is a Lon Humphrey brute de forge, a little overkill for the deer woods but a heck of a knife and well built.

Actually.. The knife handle is what CASE called Gum Fuddy.. Kinda like delrin back in the day.. The mushrooms were froze and rock hard in that pic!!

I'll jump in and say that I like the old Pal too! I also like the Moose and the Ruger. What is the handle material on the Moose?
