I picked up a NIB Buck 446 at the OKCA show last weekend.
I talked to Joe Houser briefly and he said he found this one in the warehouse.
Apparently it was made especially for a seller, as the camo handles were not a catalog item.
It is a real brute; 5-1/4"!

My only buck and the first slippie i got a little while back , this has a really nice snap when you open the blade i think its a 75-84 model ? i love the long pulls on it, nice size for in the pocket as well,

Nice pic's Johnny-nice knives too.
My favorite Buck was like a small moose pattern one blade clip and one a skinnin blade more like a muskrat--do you know the model # and are they still makin them?

Pigsticker, I believe Buck quit making this pattern.
The model number is 313, and they are hard to find.... I think.
I would love to own, one.
Good luck, I know there are a couple on the Bay.

The 313 is a opposite ended trapper, discontinued but found frequently on the dock by the 'Bay'.
Buck currently carries a off-shore made large same end two bladed trapper, model 384.
300Bucks
Old 313, version with two cut-outs for nail nic access, also came in a version with just one cut-out for the front blade.
This version is oldest.

I got a few.......the "Yellow Horse" knives are nice ..but my favorite is my "Kalinga" fixed blade.

In the last month I have been able to add three Bucks to my collection a .110..,.112.,and a 303 Cadet

along with the oldones a 110\,.112.,425 and a china 380 trapper.
