This arrived recently!
An 8 3/4" Laguiole Bougna slip-joint with 420 SS clip-point blade that has filework on 30% of the top edge, all steel construction, Zebrawood inserts in the steel frame, engraved bolsters, and raised leaf-pattern filework on the outer spring.
Feels wonderful in-hand!

I have a question, it's not in any of your pictures, but, do you know what the French knife that has a round ball on the tip of the folding lever, and it fits in a round hole and isn't visible, on the spine when the blade is open, is called? Thx!

I am actually not fond of friction folders, but the ball-end made that one quite unique and I like unique.

Beautiful horn, killer ram's foot, and if it's 80 plus years old you couldn't tell to look at it, but that makes it even cooler. Sweet knife. Great seeing stuff like that.

You might have noticed that the corkscrew is broken off and missing. Been looking for suitable replacement, no luck so far. Also the triangular tool on the backside is likely a lacing fid and not an awl.
