Well since I dont produce any products the answer is none. But I use a variety of tools, sanding methods, sanding grits. Depends on the individual knife honestly. I am not a fan of a dremel but I see many are. Some of these are 100% by hand but more power tools are used lately

Sorry, I got the wrong idea from the title. I thought you had developed a new knife cleaning or polishing product to use on old knives. My bad.
