Looks like a beautiful knife but the blades look modern to me , no swedge to the blades . Unless it was cleaned to the point were the swedge was ground off ?

I think the run up at the spine of your clip blade and the spring are upset to where your clip blade rides high.
Maybe a replaced pin.
