Check these out. Most of these have been in my collection 30 plus years and I bought a lot of them from a guy that died in 1999. All Cattaraugus. A long time ago I had a KA- BAR folding hunter break down, broke my heart. I also have about 20 old Jack Knife Ben that are still perfect. I have a 1306 Remington, perfect except for the “fog” over the etch that I found in a box with newer Case XMas handled knives

Yes, it was. The modern Case Goldstone is Corelon/Mica Pearl I believe.

For some reason the old Case Goldstone seems to be prone to outgassing, whereas other celluloid colors seem more stable. Some of it just shrinks but doesn’t outgass, and some stays more or less like new. Celluloid is peculiar stuff! ::shrug::
