Thank you very much Skip. The items you have are excellent material from that period . The Camillus poster that we saw at SMKW some years ago looked similar to what this pic looks like. It didn’t have the clippings in it and was in color . The item you have with the M 3 and E award would be a great one for the military display . Appreciate your link and response .

Is the cabinet a 70 s period display cabinet?

I think it's from the late 70s or early 80s. All the knives in it are all the whatever they called their synthetic handles. It still has the prices listed and they range from $7.75 to $11.75. I'm missing a mint hawkbill from that period. I just stuck an old beat up one I already had in there. I'm also missing a #9, #9, #177, #165, #67, and a #49p. I actually found a 49p and the p stands for the pearl handled on it by the way on eBay and bought it but the seller cancelled the sale and refunded me. I paid $900 for it in 2010. I know that I over paid I guess but where was I going to find this again so I bought it. They guy let me pay him 100 a week until I paid him off and I was grateful because I couldn't afford it otherwise. I've already gotten 900 dollars worth of enjoyment from it and learning about Camillus knives. It's a shame that they closed down.

Better pics of the knives. The #177 and the #165 I am missing came with a little sharpening rod like the one in the pic. I've never seen another one anywhere.
