I've seen a few Remingtons with similar bolsters. Of course a lot of Remington patterns copy Bokers.

Here's a pen knife made by William Elliot & Co. The handles are celluloid. I acquired it mainly because I have a jack knife by the same company with similar bolsters. They just sorta belong together IMO.
