Thanks Ken. Hate to tell ya but the Wranglers you see is actually the folded jacket of an overweight, balding, middle aged man. Sorry to dash your dreams.

Folks you sure have posted some fine lockbacks. Some have shown up here I had not seen before, and I'm sure there are more out there needing to be shown. Thanks to everyone who has posted so far.

Schrade LB7

A long way from a 110, but still a Buck - a 450 C. The frame is plastic with rubberized grips. The only metal in the knife is the blade, backspring and pins. It's recent U.S. production.

Nothin' too fancy, but this is what I've got. First is a 6OT and second is a 125OT (liner-lock) Does this one count? Neither either used, carried or sharpened.

That lockback Case peanut looks like something the government (OSHA) might come up with to protect us from ourselves. Kind of like trigger-locks on handguns.

Beautiful knives you guys are showing.

The modern, post Buck 110, style seems to be predominating.

So, I'll weigh in with some older Robeson knives. All these pre-date 1940, except the last one with the strawberry bone handles. That's a post-war knife.

Rough Rider Razor lockback

Quite a variety of lockers...new, old and custom...been a popular knife for a long time.
This Ulster has seen some use...the Queen is just getting broke in.

Here's one with green bone.

Kamagong that is a beautiful knife.

Would you please tell me what it is. I can't make out the etch on the blade.

WelderBob, W5RWU, RobesonsRme.com and Orvet sure have added sweet and even custom lockers....

Here are a few of my Al Mar lockbacks.
The smallest is the Osprey and was a gift to me from Al about 1984. It is 2-1/4" closed.
The Executive (the one with the Baby Bic lighter in it) is the only non-lock back in the picture.
The knife on the right was my EDC for several years. It has ATS-34 steel in the blade and has seen a lot of use cutting up shipping boxes.

Great thread. Lots of real quality on show.

I've only a few as they're not a legal EDC here in the UK.

1. A Sheffield made George Ibberson gentlemans knife. Stainless blade, brass bolsters & liners & green woodgrain scales. More for the suit than the jeans I reckon.



2. A lovely Andujar I bought in Valladolid, Spain. The olive wood is just beautiful.



3. A bog standard Buck 110. Great workhorse of a knife. Love it. Pic not really needed but none of the others are MINE.



4. A L'Eclair Laguiole from Thiers, France in 440 and woodgrain. Nice handful of knife in use.
