I too like that jigged Amber Bone on new Case knives.

The jigging has lots of character in my opinion.

One Thing Case excel at is their jigged bone, and their Amber jigged is exceptional.

This is not only my latest Case knife, it is the FIRST that I have ever purchased new! I was looking at knives at the Frost Outlet store in Ooltewah TN yesterday, and this one kept calling my name!

I bought it to give to my Dad this Christmas, but I keep taking it out of the box and "coon-fingering" so often that I am going to wear out the box and wrapper!
It is a beautiful knife, but looks much better in person than in the pictures.
