All About Pocket Knives

I like this old stone box as a backdrop, it's with my one and only remington that was crusty and nasty when I bought it so I cleaned it up.

I like that too, makes a nice backdrop.

Dina--I agree, late afternoon sunlight has a magical quality that makes a good looking knife (like the one in your photo) look even better.

Kudos to everyone on the photos...sometimes I can't remember if I'm on a knife site or a photography site, that's how good y'all are!

Splitting some wood and the inside of this bark looked cool so I snapped a shot of it and my favorite Mini Copperhead.

In Gravel

The reflection of the gravel in the blade actually hides the blade. I never woulda guessed that.

Ivoryman, that is an interesting effect with the gravel and the reflection. Cool photo!


The mushrooms and moss do kind of go with the mottled look of the handle of that knife, Rookie!

That is the nicest mammoth I've seen yet, it's even prettier than those Northwoods SFOs from earlier this year. Is it a glennbad special?

I was going to try and get a good photo of my new #77 outdoors but the sunlight has not been cooperative. I suppose the last few days of garbage weather has something to do with that category 4 monster coming towards us. Hoping for a spot of sunlight today...
