I picked up some new Tuna Valley's at the Queen show this past weekend, and got some nice photos today of them. Here they are.

Thanks a bunch, but man alive, next to those it looks pretty plain Jane. That trapper or scout in the middle is STUNNING, incredible, congrats big time. In fact never seen antler like that, what's it called? Looks like burnt, dyed, color enhanced antler. Amazing color, what a looker.

Thank you. I took about 150 pictures to bring out and show the 6-7 I posted. That knife is the Tuna Valley, Sweybelly Trapper, made by Queen Cutlery. It has huge chunky stag on it, which is something I really like. That handle is called Amber Stag. They don't always have that color, sometimes they are just reddish brown with black char marks, but that one really has a lot of color to it.

This is a Queen canoe with what they call "Amber Honey Stag Bone" if I remember correctly.

That canoe sure is a beauty!


I went back blueberry picking again on Sunday. Took along my 293. Got some nice shots with my camera phone.

Nice photos here. I really like the Tuna Valley on the .22 ammo. Very good lighting on the blade.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. That shot with the 22 ammo took the longest out of them all. Lots of goofing around to get the knife to sit right, get the camera to focus right, and also wait for the sun to go behind a cloud.

A friend and co-worker (a former jar head) gave me this one to sharpen for him. I figured I'd do a "memory lane" shot for him too while I have it.

Wow Squatch, fantastic pic, love that addition of the worn old cover behind the knife, matches perfectly with the sheath and the knife itself, very cool!

Yep, I agree. I like your tomato picture Mike, that photo has a lot of depth to it.

Here are a few I finally got around to taking pictures of. I took lots and lots of pictures yesterday, these are the best ones that came out. I had lots of trouble with the sun poking in and out of the clouds and messing up my reflections.

Charlie, I like the concept with that abalone shell. In that shot however it seems to be more of a focus than the knife itself. But I think you're on to something there. Lots of color in that shell.
