Yes… I think Shepherd Hills had a limited run of these made and I just stumbled on it while I was on their website.

Of course… I look almost daily ;)

Very nice, Jim.
The first knife reminds me very much of the Kershaw "Kai" models, albeit without the friction extension.
I admire your focus once you choose a theme, ::nod:: I'm afraid I have a potpourri focus! ::facepalm::

That's a beauty, Leon! Your picture looks very familiar, did you get your new knife through Etsy?
If not, take a look at the "Topshelfworldwide" store at Etsy, they have your knife along with some other really cool models.
No knife purchases for 2 years, you must have been in serious withdrawal, welcome back to the land of the living!

You do scout wide and leave no stone unturned. No i bought it direct from the store, they are fantastic to do business with. And Etsy take a decent commission, dealing direct they keep all the profit and i want small business's to thrive. ::nod::

I get it and totally agree, Leon.
I must have not done all my reading, cuz I wasn't aware they had a store outside of Etsy, but now that I do I'll deal direct with them there should I buy anything from them.
I guess I do get around quite a bit, but your picture was the same as the one's on Etsy so it really was a no-brainer.
Enjoy your new knife, you won't likely get another for a couple of years! lol!

You can get on their email notification list. You will then be notified of any new stock arriving, they have a delivery of new stock next month.

Cudgee, after a 2 year hiatus of no knives you picked a winner! Great looking knife mate.
What maker is it? I’ve not seen that particular knife before.
I cut back due to things being tight as well as the recession. Also because prices have gotten insane ! Nevertheless I get one a year or so. You need to treat yourself good once in awhile. You deserve it.

Browning Japan 703 Serrated Wharncliffe. Looks to be a tiny little bugger at about three inches closed, but the full SE Wharncliffe should allow the little guy to have a lot of cutting power for its size.

Cost me $13, and it looks to be in pretty decent condition. It's destined to be a "shorts and sweatpants" knife mostly for light duty. Hopefully, the SE is in pretty good shape and isn't blunt. I prefer small, lightweight folders for those tasks.

Great score Cody! ::tu:: I like it! ::nod:: ::super_happy::

Not as cool as that one of yours but I picked up this small greenish colored pen knife for €8.50 shipped today. It's "Father's Day" in Germany today so I thought I needed to buy myself a knife. Comes from a place formerly known as "East Germany" so it has a "touch of history" to it. Looks like it is in pretty good condition. ::tu:: :D

Nice! I've heard of Leegebruch, but haven't seen a knife from them. The hammered finish reminds me a lot of the old case my SK sockets came with.

Somewhere around here, I have a two-blade (clip and bottle opener/special opener for a bottle only used during the Soviet years) that was made in the USSR.

I see a lot of knives on the Bay that were made in "Eastern Germany" or the "DDR" but most of them (not all but most) look ugly IMHO. I did see one about a week ago, a Barlow with bone handles that looked very nice that I bid on but didn't get. ::disgust:: I'm not sure if the bone handles were original or if it was modified by someone somewhere along the lines of time but it got me thinking that there just might be a few hidden treasures amongst those knives made over there & I need to give them a looking over from time to time just in case. ::nod::

Anyways, the 🔨 hammered finish on it is what caught my eye. Believe it or not my first thought was tools or tackle boxes. It reminds me of tools & looks like a good little knife for a tackle box 🎣 🐟🎏
I guess. ::hmm::
