Here's a fun little video based on the pronunciation of "Laguiole". It's entirely in French but I don't think you'll have any problem in following it to the conclusion that even the French cannot agree on how it's pronounced.

By the way dogg, those look like they fold. Do they?

Scott -- The pawn shops here in town don't even carry knives and if they do they're all cheap Chinese crap.

here's an Old Colonial I found..This one is stamped CKC with a line above it.as far as I can see.
Colonial in 1933 has CKCO in a rectangle from what I read,so I assume that's what this is ::shrug::
Not the best shape but....

Thanks guys.
I think this is my favorite kind of corkscrew; old timey and not the wire kind.
And the horn is nice. Not familiar with the maker.
By the way, it's 3 9/16" long.

I wandered around in Frys for over an hour last night. Didn't find anything sharp and cool but got a few drop in LEDs and such.

Found this one at the pawn shop. Schrade sc503 with liner lock. The blister pack is a little rough but the knife is untouched. This one is going on the bay unless someone here wants or needs it.
