Today I welcome this latest addition to the zoo. Another Ulster 55D, 3 blade, "Deer Head" pocket knife. I gave it a minor cleaning, took a few pictures and here it is.
Skip, your finds never cease to amaze me. Catching up on the treads as I've been out for the past couple weeks traveling and visiting relatives. Very nice finds. The Barlow's are beauts, and a fine looking Mercator. Congrats.

Today I welcome this pocket knife as the most recent resident of the zoo. This is my first and only (so far), IMPERIAL MEXICO "CUCHILLERIA", 2 blade, "Deer Handle" pocket knife. It measures 3 7/8" closed, not including the bail. This knife "brand" is part of the Imperial and Colonial, Mexico story/connection. It needed a good cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

Today this pocket knife becomes the latest resident of the zoo. It's another PASTOR ALEMAN (German Shepherd), 2 blade with bottle opener/cap lifter, pocket knife. It has a "Deer Head" on each handle. It also has the dog head profile on the tang stamp, so it double qualifies for zoo residency. It measures 3 7/8" closed, not including the bail. This knife "brand" is part of the Imperial and Colonial, Mexico story/connection. It required some cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

Here are a few Case knives with a Whaling theme. The two with the inlaid handles are rumored to be customized by David Yellowhorse. They were an SMKW SFO.
