well ya it's worth fixing...sturdy knife...

Here's a crazy auto deseign made by Linder. It's 8" long with a 3 1/2" blade. It opens with a grand wack and locks up very solid. The crazy part about it is it has no saftey. I can't imagine why Linder would make a knife this nice without a safe carry position. When I bought it I never dreamed it would be made like this. Anyway check it out it is a nice knife.

Wow ...that is different. I've seen similar patterns but the release button was more inset for safety.
Be careful with that puppy ...sure is a looker tho.

Well that explains it There's a sucker born every minute. I don't mind a company doing what they have to do to make money. I just don't think they should hide the fact that it's made in China Now that will be my last Linder because I won't want to chance it
Click on the link below and scroll down a few inches. A similar knife is being sold at High Desert for 5x more than my wife paid for ours. The grind is different and the button looks flush. I wonder where it was made? My guess would be China as well

Hell...look at the new Kissing Cranes and Hen & Roosters.

here's a gravity, an otf and a lverlock.

Here is a Klaas that fires hard and locks up tight, but the lever is hard to push.

I have flushed it with WD40 and oiled it, that helped some. Any thoughts on making it

work easier??

If you can get some lithium automotive grease down into the sear hole, it will help a lot. Open the blade to half way. The hole in the blade should become partially visible. Use a toothpick to shove some grease in the hole.

I did try your suggestion Bill and it works much better Thank you

I took this photo after working the knife several times( 20 or so), as you can see there is still quite a bit of grease in the hole.

I also didn't realize the knife was double stamped until i enlarged the photo

Thought I would throw my old German Henckels in to show everyone.
Lokks somewhat like the one Jonnnie showed.
This one has great stag handles and I feel itis in great shape.
I am thinking the Henckels are one of the Higher end switchblades, just my opinion.
I guess I do not know what one of these would bring nowdays but I think that
are hard to find.
Hope everyone enjous seeing this one. Not the best pictures but hope OK

this knife has "guardian" reverse etched on the front of the blade and "Germany" on the back tang.

A bit tortured but still worthy it has a diferrent stamp than that nice one Hawk posted up a couple frames ? mine doesn`t say "solingen " on it . Hmmmmm... maybe one is older , This one has a #4 on the release lever.

wiseguy - I LOVE that knife!! Can only dream about finding anything remotely as cool as that.....
