Fiskars, I think they called it a "harvest knife". Impulse bought this one from Tractor Supply a couple years ago, carried it a couple of times, and forgot about it. I decided to put it to use again.

It's rather light, and the button lock is easy to use. I never got why Fiskars never made it with a more conventional blade shape.

I got bored with synthetics so i am switching them out for some smooth bone before I hit the town for a night out. I'm still kind of in shock that I'll have a weekend all to myself.

Thanks Tony, my wife bought me that russlock yrs. Ago at SMKW. Best knife in my collection for sure. She has been in pain since 4/21 on the first go round so need a good outcome for sure! Stay out of trouble tonight and don’t cut nobody, HA!

This first picture (Böker, Case, Case, LB-1) shows the knives I have been carrying around for 4 weeks. Maybe even longer than that. I have been feeling so completely exhausted that it was a battle to make it through the workweeks. Work, winter and the every day BS of life had me feeling totally burnt out. Didn't even have the energy or ambition to switch out my EDC's.

Anyways, I changed em this morning. Second picture is what I have now.

Thanks, Jimbo! I suspect it's one of the few GEC-made Maher & Grosh knives getting regular use as a knife. A shame, too, because I love the size of the secondary blades on such a pocketable knife and that GEC 1095 is always easy to make hair-shaving sharp.

Nice carries from everyone, as usual! Today I am carrying the Rough Ryder "tater skin" congress, the olivewood Opinel No. 6, and the ESEE Izula II...and contemplating which SAK to add.

I thought I would put some pocket time on these two. Lakota liner lock and a Boker 494 I rehandled in stag.

I suspect it's likely why they don't market many Fiskars-branded knives in the US--to avoid internal competition. I've noticed in Europe, they have a large range of Mora-type fixed-blade work knives, but they aren't sold here. My only other Fiskars-branded knife is a Puukko from probably 20 years before Fiskars bought Gerber.

Other than box cutters, I think this is the only Fiskars-branded folder sold in the US.

Cabela's and a small, yet tough little inexpensive Cabela's folder.

2-3 years ago, Cabela's had them on sale for $5 each, and I didn't buy any, figuring them to be junk. I later got one as a Christmas gift the same year, and I really like it. I'm sort of regretting not buying a bunch of them as to have spares.
