My 2nd AAPK knife. The red #35 is my other one. I didn't think I'd like this as much as I do. Well done GEC and AAPK!20201114_150948.jpg
I went fool when I saw the AAPK #74 bolsters on the GEC web-sight. Dummy me got everybody in an up roar. I am sorry about that. There were nine 2020 AAPK club knives left when I checked the AAPK web-sight , instead of my emails. I got one by the skin of my teeth. I bought a blue AAPK t-shirt too. I hope my knife/shirt comes in soon.

Great score One Arm B J. Great run of a great pattern. Congrats.
Lucky to score this 85 Bullet End EZO. Sort of a grail knife for the 85 part of the pile. Loved these babies since they came out but missed the release back in '16 so this is making up for it and the smooth autumn gold bone stole the show. Shown with the EZO Liner lock in smooth ivory bone.

Just scored a 93 in oily creek and a 74 in stag. Both have great character in the covers.

All these GEC's are very attractive. Excellent stag on the #74, almost as good as vintage Sheffield stag. The only thing GEC cannot make is an ugly knife.

Why does the S stand for store??

Does anybody know?? Jason
That "S" is stamped on the EDC knives,as a mark, for ""blemish" or ""flaw""_____but from what I have heard,an inspector would have to point out the ""flaw" cause, most are very minor
I just bought a white bone GEC#19 Rattler "S" knife. I thought it had a pin crack , but I was wrong. I dyed it with Navy Blue leather dye. I have a stonewashed blue Little Rattler knife , now.

I own one GEC#43 Frontier Bone knife. I bought two GEC#43 "S" knives from DTL Trading in 2018. The Orange Camel bone "S" knife came in light strawberry camel bone color. The #43 Frontier bone "S" knife came in really ugly. I have spotted some nice ones and I have to ugliest one made. I touched it up with black leather dye and that really helped. I love that ugly knife with patina on steroids.

nice score

, enjoy, I missed that run also but was able to find a single blade smooth autumn gold bone and antique yellow jig bone awhile back. I paid a premium for both so I'm not letting them go anytime soon.

Roosevelt Elk covers modded by Evan Esnyx who does fabulous work. Love the feel of the rounded covers, not flat like jigged bone.

Agreed, some of those M&G are some of the best looking GEC SFOs the past couple years, and yet took forever for the whittlers to sell out if they are, and these too. Can't figure that out. Great looking knife, congrats, that's a looker. And a GEC that isn't stamped GEC is just cool to me. Love that about Northwoods too. Great score though.

My wife treated me to a fixed blade with excellent bone color
And a big ole 23 with the bullet shield. Those were under the tree.
I am a blessed man to have a wife like her
