That's funny, Grump01! Jerry must be the only one that has that figured out, keeps him out of trouble.
Bruce those are some fine lookin' Flounders!
Your pictures reminded me that we used to flounder gig in Canaveral harbor about 60 years ago. We waded, pulling a floating wash tub that held a car battery to power the waterproof flood light, always had to be on the look out for sting rays, this was way back before all the cruise ships and mess came into that area. Thinking back, I remember going to the official opening of Canaveral Harbor as a little boy with my family back in the early 50's, big event, fish fry and a got to board a Navy vessel that was there for the occasion.

Those are nice deer and will make some great table fare.
OH, I love the flounder. They are the best eating fish anywhere.

Nice deer photos, Quick Steel! I always like seeing a young man with a kill - continuing a way of life!
Old Hunter - you did better than I did today. I could not catch anything legal that I wanted to keep. Nice flounder!

Great stuff, Quick Steel. Are you the gentleman with the grey beard and the seven or eight point buck?
Old Hunter - I love catching specks! My wife and I were out on Friday and we caught about twenty. Most were short for legal but we had enough legals for a fine fried fish dinner last night! We got some redfish too, but they were all rat reds (to small to keep)!Hope they were biting for you!

My hunting buddy took this nice 8 point buck today while I was home cooking an early Thanksgiving meal for the family. He had been through a long dry spell so I was happy he was able to harvest one this year.

Philco, Y'all have some fine ones up there in KY. Did that one come from the setup you posted the other day?
We get to try beginning on Thanksgiving Day for 4 days then it closes for a week or so then goes through February.
