I have a similar knife but the boy isn't wearing a hat. Blade only says Germany. The other handle side also says "OUR - BOY" and has an embossed image of a boy. Per GOINS, UNITED CUTLERY Cᴏ̲ GERMANY, c 1908-1922. This pocket knife is in VERY GOOD condition. The main blade has a crisp half stop, also a good opening and closing snap. I gave it a very minor cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

This Napanoch has Scout on the blade, but I've always looked at it as a boys knife, maybe Cub Scout

A tang stamp that I have not seen before, Simmons Boss, Goins has it but only states 1910. Small 3" ebony boys knife.

A tang stamp I haven't seen before W VAN DER VEER / Amsterdam / Holland.
Looks German made with "Dutch Boy Products" on the shield.

Houston Price's GUIDE (p.176) says, "Simmons Boss" : Simmons Hdwe., c.1940-1960." (no country of origin). Nice knife. J.O'.

Landed a New York Knife Co 3 1/4" boys knife, has to be one of the nicest boys knives I've ever seen. Beautiful early pick bone.
