There may be more, but I looked at four "CAMP BUDDY" pocket knives on eBay.
Three have the same tang stamp as yours.
Only one had the "THORNTON" tang stamp pictured below.

This one breaks my heart. I looked for one of these for about 2-3 years before I found this one. Obviously I will continue to look for a nicer one at some point. A Red Devil electrician’s knife.

This pocket knife arrived this morning, in a group or lot of pocket knives that I bought.
It is definitely a broken, battered, beat-up, bruised but NOT beautiful, old knife.

Very nice. At least all the blades are there & fairly full, and the decorative scale is great.

Here is another pair in not so good shape. At bottom is a Case XX USA 6375 that was worked to death. The master blade is broken off and the spey and sheepsfoot are mostly used up. At top is a Valley Forge bone jack with a broken spring. I will make a new spring for that one and the 6375 frame will be used as a basis for a custom.
