doglegg, I appreciate the interesting comment. I certainly have many mundane knives. I think their purpose is to "set off," and make me better appreciate the superior knives.

I agree. This morning I noticed as I was looking at my collection that my mind was beginning to label each knife as exquisite or mundane. You may have started me on a new effort at categorizing my knives.

Going with a Challenge today, you know how Mondays can be a challenge. A previous AAPKer would have called this knife a HAWG, coming in at 4 1/2" closed, what I call rattlesnake jigging, swedged with half-stops on both blades. Excellent snap, fit and finish after all these years
