Found it, it is an Ulster and the screwdriver blade has the tang broken off. The spear blade is good though, maybe you can use it?

This Ulster screwdriver blade was a lock blade that was released by pushing down on the spear blade. This probably led to its undoing by someone who did not know how to unlock the screwdriver blade and tried to force it and broke the tang off.

No cash was exchanged as per my request and the only expenditure for either of is was for postage.

Thank you friend. And, I got 2 awesome pens to boot. Although I have noticed my wife eyeballing my pens.
The pictures do them no justice, the orange & black one is shiny as can be.
