Besides miniature/small knives I also pick up large ones if they are odd enough. Here's a nice Balisong I found a few years ago. Don't know if it was just a gag knife or if it was actually something meant to be used like a sword?? ::shrug::

Wouldn't want to try any tricks with it for fear of it taking my hand off... Ha!

I see a lot of those big bali's, Mr.-U, and I'm of the opinion that they are used to fight with by experts who truly know how to use one, but remember, that is only my opinion.

Taking a step back to a previous post of yours where you state that you collect other items than knives, JFYI, there are plenty of other topics found on the Homepage that discuss and post pictures of some of these items, so yo may want to have a look and perhaps you'll find something of interest to you. I can't even envision what 4,000 PEZ dispensers all together would look like, wow!

It took up a whole room. Even had the local news come out and do a morning segment on them. It was fun!

Thanks for the info on the balisong. It would take someone more skilled than me to use it effectively. I'll just stick with the machete for that.

And thanks for the tip on other posts. I will check them out.

My Microtech Ultratech collection. I actually have one more, but it lives in the “go-bag” I keep in my truck. The Ultratech is probably my all time favorite OTF knife design.

Thank you, JTX. Microtech’s are definitely my jam. The variety of colors, blade shapes and finishes they offer is unmatched. They really sparked my interest in the hobby.

Thank you! I’m glad you like the bayonet. It’s a blade shape that doesn’t get the love it deserves. It’s a double edge…. With a cool place to rest your thumb! ::tu::
