Nice set-up Dog. You actually took some time and put some thought into a new way off displaying your knives for your pictures, and it worked very well. Most impressive bud!

Be careful in caves!!! It is easy to lose a pocket knife

it's like losing a friend!!!

Always love the pics, R&T! My wife and I try to do a hike once a week, but our forests around here don’t look like that. In January, leaves are gone and on the ground, but we do have a lot of pines to keep things green.
Great shots and knife, Dog!

Thanks guys. The winter beauty is part of the reason we moved here. We were so busy this weekend (mon-tue is our weekend) we weren't going to get out but Rose was feeling sick and getting out of town usually makes her feel better. Glad we got out. That's sweet creek falls.

PLEASE tell me you didn't lose either of those beauties in a cave or anywhere else!

!
Please also tell me if you've ever seen a version of the top knife, the Applegate, with a fully plain edge blade, or do they ALL come with serrated blades?

I've seen automatics with plain edge blades, but never the manuals.

No worries mate, I still got 'em!

Now I think I must have seen a plain edge Applegate,

somewhere...

Somewhere in Time...
And that brings me back to the space-time continuum

It consists of four dimensions: the three dimensions of space (length, width, and height…or up/down, left/right, and forward/backward, depending upon how you wish to think of them) plus the fourth dimension of time.
If only we could travle back in time... then we could find those Applegates, with a fully plain edge blades, we could get them before they became rare and impossible to find.

If I could turn back time
If I could find a way

!
My gut tells me you're gonna solve that space-time continuum equation very soon, and since that's the case, we could use said time travelling for much more important things than searching for a knife, such as, who really killed J.F.K.?, what color shorts did Hitler wear?, were Marilyn's boobs real or store bought?, how the Rubik's Cube REALLY works?, etc., then, if "time" permits we could search for the ever elusive Applegate fully plain edged manual knife!
BTW, is that a Hogue auto in your picture?
Now ya see that, if I could go back in time I wouldn't have to ask that question!!!

Or my request go into the future and bring me back the Powerball numbers.

Your wish is my command buddy, here they are! 6,11,22,33,44, 49, with 1 for the Extra! Good luck pal! Seriously though, I used to play those numbers every draw on our Lotto 6/49 game; the 6 since it's the first number in the name of the game, all the double numbers 11,22,33,44 cuz they're double numbers, and the 49 since it's the last number in the name of the game. The 1 as the Extra cuz it's the very first number. When I got 5 out of 6 three years ago after playing them for 25 years and it only paid CDN$121.00

I quit playing! If I can't win the big one or even the semi big one by coming that close I never will!

Years ago, I got 4 out of 5 on the Arizona lottery after playing them for 2 years and it only paid USD$68.00

I quit playing too!

Well apparently those numbers aren’t it…I can pick the six that never hit, that’s hard to do I think they should award me something for that.

Hmm

after taxes...

Federal, State and Local

Up front cash-out

...

...

That would leave me with about

... 1.7 million...

... well

it's better than $68.00 ...
