Yes they have a siren or whistle in the fatter end and they both still work. They make kind of a whirling noise. Thanks guys!

I haven't gotten anything new in forever...
On the subject of "thumping fish":
If you EVER bring a King Mackerel or a Cobia (Ling) into the boat without thumping them but GOOD they can do a lot of damage even break legs and such. Never felt any need to do it to an inshore species.

Got these 2 in Saturdays mail...
First is a Vietnam Era US Armed Forces Imperial utility knife...NOS..great condition.
Second is a Winchester 2 blade Jack knife made in Germany..brown jigged bone scales,nickel silver bolsters and brass pins & liners…Very nice engraving on master clip blade celebrating the US Bicentennial (1776-1976).
