Welcome to this thread. The site has really opened up a world of knives for me. Seems like everyone on this thread (& the entire site) is happy to provide information on their cutlery. Your knife reminds me of hiking in one of the most beautiful places I ever saw. We didn't reach the top but made it as far up as the Matterhorn Hutte. I bought two SAKs in the valley below. One for me & one for my father. He passed away about four months later.

Totin' an Ulster that I picked up at the Shenandoah Valley Knife Collector's Club show last weekend for $35, just gave her a couple trips through the pull-through sharpener and she's ready for action. I don't know why no one is making current knifes based on the old dogleg pattern specifications? I happen to love this pattern and it really fits well in hand.
