Added this bone covered 40 short line to the Short line pile (lighter colored bone ) . The blades have some loss but are tight and nice half stops. This one
Think this puts me about half way on the trek for one of each short line . It’s getting hard to find some ! Especially in decent condition or better .
Have a great Memorial Day weekend out there
Nice find J.P. !

Looks like you done got lucky again

If I combined all the (Brandname/mark) "fevers" I have, I'd probably vaporize! Great knives all! J.O'.

This site is KILLING ME!

Before joining I had too many knives already...

Now with EVIL influences such as Papa Bones and Ripster to name a couple

I have EVEN more knives crammed into every corner of my house

Thanks Dan

it is one of my favorite EDCs, ever since I got bit by the "Short-Line Fever" bug. Now I have added a new EDC..

a "Short-Line" #1

I just fished this out of the "Flea-Bay" a few minutes

ago.. It should be on the way soon...

Thanks!

I am already looking

at another S.L.#1 for sale, but, it has a lot of wear and tear, it would make a decent EDC but it is no show piece.

Very recently, I brought this pocket knife home from the post office. It is one of a two pocket knife lot that I purchased. This particular pocket knife WAS the object of my purchase. It is a CAMILLUS 72, first generation, three blade, swelled center, 3 5/8" closed, two tang stamps (a short line maker stamp and the pattern # stamp), a long matchstrike or blade pull, "whittler" pocket knife. The main blade front tang stamp says "CAMILLUS (short underline) (over) NEW YORK (over) USA" The main blade back tang stamp is the "72" pattern number. The three blades have NO wobble at all. The three blades ALL have good snap. It is in EXCELLENT condition. It did NOT need any cleaning at all, I just wiped it off.
I took some pictures and here it is.
