This one sets in a display case on the wall. One is etched the other isnt. It's a hard shield to find so it's one of my few duplicates. Cyclone drills. An oil company.

Looking for help. I picked up this little pearl for my collection but have not been able to find anything on google to identify the advertising etch. Any help is appreciated. R6244

Probably not relevant... the roller in the etch reminds me of the roller that would be in an old wringer clothes washing machine.

Not mint, not in the catalogue, light etch and one of my favorites.

3 blade sowbelly with a bunch. Has some issues but a super deep etch and smokin bone.

Lostvalley, your knife is gorgeous and resembles a R6823, but with only the primary blade.

Keith, nice sow belly.

Some fine examples guys! Keep them coming. I once had a one blade like the Lostvalley knife. I have had the Lostvalley knife in hand and it is a dandy. They have the black composite filler piece in place of the other blades like some bullets and the HTT bulldog.

I do not think I have posted this three blade Remington scout with the bail at the master blade end. Just traded for this variation to add to my Remington Boy Scout knife display which you can view at the April Oregon Knife Collector Association Show in Eugene Oregon.

Very nice Jim !
That Remington knife mechanic must not have been paying attention that day when he drilled the bail holes .

The poor Remington forum, not much love as of late. Here is a pyremite? R555, Christmas tree knife. Remington Christmas tree knives are a little different than other companies as they have gun power in the mix. I don't have proof this is true but it's what collectors I respect have told me. I was told that the reason you see very few Christmas tree Remingtons is because they are super flammable and few were made. Like I said, no proof of this and I don't want to put the couple I have in the fire to see if it's true.

Keith,I agree that those handles are unusual.
