I've never seen an Ulster jumbo scout. Very cool. Just wondering, how big is the knife with the blades closed? Here's another one of mine, etched ULSTER CAMP KNIFE.

I have one of the Ulster camp knives too.I love the combo fork,cap lifter and can opener on it.

STAG CHAMPAGNE PATTERN I understand Cap Lifters were not used in pocket knives until after 1918.

That sounds about right because the bottle cap was patented by William Painter on February 2, 1892.
I'm rather partial to this bone handle Ulster medium jack I picked up back in February.

... almost looks like Ulster took the master blade from an elephant toe nail and put it as a master on a whittler
