Smoking 3 racks of baby back ribs today to celebrate the end of the great freeze of 2021. The Stockyard is an absolute favorite, the Big Jack is growing on me pretty quick. The old hickory hunter arrived today after the cook began but will be used to cut the ribs when they're done.

Thank you. I've got a #17 lockback as well that I dont carry due to its relative rarity. If I remember I'll take it out for a pic tomorrow.
