Saw this 3" gentelman's knife for sale and noticed the tang stamp was the 1917-1946 stamp: SCHRADE over CUT.CO. over WALDEN,N.Y.

That probably makes the knife the same age or older than me since I'm a 1946 model. Both pen blades are marked the same with STAINLESS over STEEL on the reverse sides. The shackle/bail appears to be NS. Notice on the reverse side of the main pen 28 over 250 etched on the blade.

Thought it was worthwhile seeing how old it is, the unmolested blades both "walk & talk" and was less than $10.

I got one of the sow belly trapper a couple weeks ago and the quality is very good and the price was ridiculously low.
::skeptic:: It is almost hard to believe how they can sell it so cheap and yet it feels like a very high-quality knife.... ::shrug::

Not gonna lie, that’s a cool looking knife, if it had a different stamp , it would 5-10-20 times the price.
