Needed a new kitchen knife and found this Rough Rider 2196 Sous Chef for $15 that I just couldn't pass up. Hefty fella at 5 1/8" closed with a razor sharp 4 1/8" Santoku style lock back blade and black Micarta handle. For once my wife approves of another knife purchase since now I can't wait to slaughter some veggies!
I like that one, ~Q~! That's a beauty!

What a fine score, David, like Kerry said the Valor's are great knives, and the model on the far left is very much like a knife I recently received that has that type of lockback, I really like it!
The model on the far right is pretty interesting as well, it's the first Valor in that configuration I've seen.
The other 4 models are nothing to scoff at either!
Very nice!

I came across this custom on the secondary market. It's absolutely beautiful (to me, anyways).
The maker is Robert Enders, now deceased I believe.
