It has a parital Sta-Sharp etch and Made In USA tang stamp. So I'm fairly certain it's a Craftsman Sears made by Camillus.

I'm sure you got them before us I bet there on SMKW website , there is 3 models 01 is a EZ opener pattern and 03 is a swell whittler mine is 02 there take on a modern canoe pattern called a kayak
