I like that handle.

It is, and for a lighter version check out Lierande’s website. The only way to keep different shots consistent or more accurately to show their true color is to use a color checker when taking the exposure.
Edit: I didn’t notice the difference until you just pointed it out. The first one was taken in shaded outdoor light and the second in overcast natural light indoors. The first is more accurate.

Yes, easy to pinch open
I personally like when there is no nail nick, cleaner aesthetically and in the general sense
