Pens are very under represented in my collection, probably have 5 or less. Just so happens that 3 of them are stag, a Valley Forge, a Joseph Rodgers and a very slim Wade&Butcher whittler.

JohnR, I usually don't favor pen knives but those 3 might change my mind, especially that whittler.

Added 3 more in the last few weeks, a Joseph Rodgers in stag, a W. Bingham cracked ice and a Hibbard Spencer&Bartlett with an unusual High School Store etch.

The only one I have, it was my father's.
The tang stamp says EAGLE over PHILA.

I picked up this 2 3/4" MOP pen knife recently for $1. The tang stamp is "Germania Cutl Works Germany". Goins lists this as 1896-1938. The MOP is intact with a couple of cracks and the blades look to be chrome plated with rust taking some of the chrome. Still an interesting old MOP pen.

A few pens to wake up this thread...
J Copley & Sons Sheffield - Nice ivory pen at 3"... Copley was a pen and pocket knife maker but was especially well known for Bowies in mid 1800s...
I like how the same stamp was "squeezed" on to the pen blade

..
and an
Empire jigged bone pen at 3 & 1/16" -

Nice Bontgen & Sabin, Jerry!

Lovely Eagle shadow pattern, Skip!
Two great pen knives, Lee!

I am especially partial to the J. Copley & Sons!
Great pickup on the Germania, Dan!

Sure would not get a nice knife like that for $1 here where I live.

I too love the little pen knives. Great show of them here! I've posted a lot of these in more detail elsewhere. These are some groups I arranged.
Schrade eye-candy with one NYKC interloper.
A couple Sears Craftsman not in the above mix. First one is an attractive mystery-maker STA-SHARP 9493 @ 2-3/4" closed. The second is a Schrade.

I picked up this old Utica sleeve board pen for a few bucks recently. The plastic handle material is not the best, but for now I will sharpen it up and EDC it. It may need new scales in the future.

Bernard Levine has said that the older Utica knives with the arched stamping, like this one, are very well made knives. I like this big sleeveboard pattern.
