Great shots of interesting carries every one. Going with some late 60s Pennsylvania, USA red bones.
I like the 6235 1/2. Yours has especially pretty bone.

Beautiful knife, is that a Northwoods? They make one I really want, a sheepsfoot in a very similar pattern

Thank you, i really like it, and sharp, it is an A.Wright from Sheffield. The Northwood is a beautiful knife you a correct there, but they are so hard to get and so so expensive. This one cost me about one eighth of what i would have to pay for a Northwood if i could get one, and that is a big if. Thanks for your post and you have a good and safe weekend.

Its a good thing I picked out this Shrade today as I discovered it needs some oil. Its like forgetting to water a plant.

Very nice Garry!

I really like

knives that have clean, smooth flowing lines, just like that one. I like how the spine flows into the handle as if it was a fixed blade. Nice scrimshaw work too! Oil er' up and put er' to work!

Thank you Mark. I'm impressed how a giant manufacturer like Shrade could turn out a knife like this. The transitions from scale to bolster to blade are almost imperceptible.

That is a good question, I have had it for a number of years. I carry it and use it all of the time. I was thinking made in the 60's to 70's maybe,

It has a tang stamp of "INOX" and no other stampings that I can see. The stamp looks like other stamps that are similar to "INOX KNIFE SOLINGEN GERMANY" type stamps. I am guessing it was made in Europe (Germany, Switzerland, France?) Inox means stainless, Solingen Germany is probably where the steel is from. It is well made with a very strong spring and very good "walk 'n talk".
