David R,That is a very good looking knife. I was not aware Kershaw was making traditional folders. I'm thinking the handle is micarta.

You are correct, that is a pewter USPS dispenser with a roll of stamps in it.

Depends on the PO. The two we have in my county do not, but the larger post office in WV does.
