Some great knifes being shared . I have heard some where every thing that glitters is not gold .Some of the older collectors have cautioned me about the out gassing devils .Some have expressed that the knifes with glitter and the colors of these few western States I’m posting are especially bad about the out gassing problem .

Minty celluloid sheepsfoot jack, pretty sure Camillus made for Sears. The Made In U.S.A. tang stamp is attributed to Camillus made knives, don't remember ever seeing the Made In U.S.A. with a Sword Brand tang stamp on the pen, Sword Brand is a Camillus brand. Love the celluloid on this knife.

John R. That particular material seems very stable. I've not seen it shrink or curl. Nice knife and pics. J.O'.

John, that sure is a beauty, almost camouflage looking. Those stamps are unique. It has pretty much everything going for it, but I am curious......would you have picked it up if it didn't have a sheepsfoot? It's a great knife!

Thanks Ike, probably would have still picked it up but being a sheepsfoot made it a must have especially in the condition it is.

That knife is a beauty, John. The celluloid reminds me of some of the stabilized wood or tusk that I have seen. And I am also a sheepsfoot fan.

I'm interested to see if Sellens just lists it as celluloid or some other specific name, like Goldstone or Christmas Tree are.

I don't know the answer to that, Dave. I had never before seen it, so a while back I ran a picture by Keith/espn77 to ask if it was something he had seen on other Remingtons. He stated that it was used, though not common, a name wasn't mentioned.
