i was also BOMBED this week by 2 members trying to help me out on a knife repair.

I recently won a Canal Street congress that fellow AAPK member ea42 had up for sale on ebay. When he sent me my knife he threw in a couple of fantastic "bombs". He added a Canal Street Half Moon Trapper with Sunset Bone handles. (She looks like Jezabels prettier sister.) He claimed it was a factory second but it looks pretty darned great to me, certainly good enough to add to my Canal Street collection.
He also included a very cool tang stamp die from the old Schrade USA era. It's the die used for the MA5 fish knife. I didn't have anything like that and it's going to make a great conversation piece and a nice addition to my "knife stuff".
I am very greatful for both items. Thank you Eric. You made my day.

I have a steel, a rough, medium and fine ceramic sticks, sandpaper and nothing I can do gets Buck steel as sharp as Case SS or many other SS like Rough Rider. (Like that lead in?)
