Oily Creek bone seems to get even better looking as it ages. IXL bone is fab too.

The "unfinished" hefty feel of the OC bone Big Jack was a perfect choice for GEC to show it off, IMO, and the I*XL sawcut is among the most pronounced I've ever had in a Barlow. Both knives are a joy in hand.

I cleaned out one of my knife boxes and found this one: a 1989 Case Centennial R62019 English Jack. (I’ve also got a 1987 Case Collectors Club BL2019 English Jack in smooth blue merl bone.) The blades were a little dull so I touched it up on an Arkansas stone and now it’s good and sharp. I may carry this one along with my 1976 Case 2231 1/2 SAB Slick Black Jack.

Sort of modified Kamp King. I don't call it modified, as it's easily reversible with no tools nor damaging anything. I was cleaning under some furniture, and found this pretty good quality snap hook (which came of an old, dry-rotted bungee cord ID badge necklace); so I popped off the bail, slid the snap hook onto it, then snapped the bail back on. These Kamp Kings don't have pinned bails, so it's easy to remove them.

With this particular pair of Dickies shorts, it works pretty well, as a belt loop is just to the front of the left front pocket seam. I would like to find a belt hanger like you occasionally saw on Kamp Kings, and modify it to use this clip.

Cody the first thing I'd probably do is rip off a belt loop.
