Hardly ever see KaBar knives over here. Very rare in these waters. Hope to catch myself one with a dog head shield some day.

I have 2 more of these 1184s, one is identical to the one I just posted but almost in mint condition, the other has a different shaped front bolster and is a bit thicker for some reason. All three have Delrin handles. Can't pass up a USA made folding hunter for $15.

Love those big Kabar folders!!!! My 1188 is a common work horse for me! I’ve just gotten on a kick of getting those little Union Cut CO’s lately. They are great for working where I am, since big knives are frowned upon…

This Artisan Cazador arrived today. I was vacillating back and forth about buying one because while I like the Wharncliffe blade and the Jade G-10 handle, it's bigger than my preferred size and not exactly a pattern I collect (also, it's made in China...which I generally try to avoid buying knives from as much as possible). But after seeing the ones Ivoryman got and reading his reviews, I decided to take a leap of faith and grab one for myself before they were all gone. Glad I did, too, it's an excellent knife and I am very happy with it.

Congratulations on a beautiful acquisition ~Q~! I love your choice of covers, that Jade G-10 looks teriffic! And it goes without saying how cool the Wharnie blade is! Watch out though, as you've seen from Iman's pictures there's lots more models to choose from yet! LOL!

My newest addition is a 1975 Case Barlow. The main blade shows some wear but it's in an overall pretty good condition. Good snap. No play. Solid half stops. A great EDC!
