13 years ago I lost a friend. Shortly after his wife gave me his knife. I carried it today and thought fondly of him!!

Jmh58, been to Antietam numerous times. It always effects me deeply to ponder on what happened there.

Been a while since I've come across a GTO. Found this one at Walmart.
My father-in-law told me something about Walmart many years ago, back before they moved their way north: If they don't have it, you don't need it.

Fabulous old knife.

Will be doing some yard work today so will use this "put together" knife I bought at the
antique mall. I was told it was a 31 series. The person who owned it before me
did just a OK job in scale replacement. It does have great snap and is quite heavy
so it will not fall out of pocket.
